A Menaf Turan

A. Menaf Turan has been working as a faculty member at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Department of Public Administration since 2008. He teaches courses on local governments, urban policies, urban economics, environmental policies, city and law, disaster management and policies. Also, between the years 2014 and 2017 he conducted courses on the zoning law, local governments, housing policy and urban economics in Turkey at Ankara University, Institute of Science and Technology Department of Real Estate Development and Management Graduate Program. He has published books, book chapters, national and international articles on municipal administration, urbanization, zoning, disaster, housing policies, urban transformation, development agencies, strategic planning, local development and the Presidential Government System.
