Gülnur Aybet completed her B.A in Economics and Public Administration at the University of London in 1986. She received her M.A on War Studies from Kings College University London in 1993 and completed her PhD on International Relations at the University of Nottingham in 1997. Currently, Aybet serves as a Senior Advisor to the President of Turkey.
