Tugela Pepin is the Director of Operations at the Cambridge Middle East and North Africa Forum. Her research focuses on issues of geopolitics and international security across the Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America. She has a particular interest in transnational terrorist networks and terrorist use of emerging technologies. Tugela holds a BA in Religion and Theology and an Msc in International Relations.
