Hicran Hamza Çelikyay obtained her B.A in Management from Anadolu University and M.S in Urban Systems and Transportation Management from Bahcesehir Univeristy. Çelikyay is a member of The Union of Municipalities of Turkey (UMT) and has been appointed delegate to the European Commission Local and Regional Committee and CEMR Council of European Municipalities and Regions by Union of Municipalities of Turkey.
