Mehmet Zahid Sobaci completed his M.A. and Ph.D. studies at Uludag University. Sobaci’s academic interests lie in public administration reform, the relationship between politics and bureaucracy, local governance and public policy. Currently a professor at the Political Science and Public Policy department at Uludag University, Dr. Sobaci is also a researcher at the SETA Ankara Politics Directorate.
