Vahap Yıldız

Vahap Yıldız graduated from the Department of Geography at Fırat University in 2018 and completed his master’s degree in Geography at the same university in 2023. In 2023, he began working as a Research Assistant at the Middle East Institute of Sakarya University. He currently continues his academic work at the Middle East Institute of Sakarya University, where he is also pursuing his PhD. Research areas include Libya, Chad, and Niger Studies, political geography, energy security and energy policies and African Geopolitics.
